Paradise Fence Supply will remain open as a building materials manufacturer and supplier to supply fence, gate and railing products as well as custom fabrications as necessary to our customers with the following modified policies and procedures in place.
Safety is our top priority. In order to maintain a safe environment for our staff and customers, in addition to implementing all CDC guidelines for social distancing and disinfecting we are enacting the following procedures and policies.
These procedures and policies are being put into place for the well-being of our business, customer and staff. We are taking this very seriously.
Staff Limitations:
We will be limiting on-site staff to only those essential to processing orders. We will also be limiting office staff, as well as performing office work from home.
Order Priority:
Priority will be given to any orders that are essential to safety and compliance issues. These orders will be handled with the highest priority.
Changes to our normal fulfillment procedures:
Deliveries:
We are implementing what we are calling “No-Contact” curbside deliveries, essentially drop and go. Deliveries are subject to scheduling availability. If delivery is not available arrangements can be made to pick up your order.
Our driver will deliver product to the customer’s curbside only.
Customer to observe delivery from a distance and acknowledge receipt from a distance.
Delivery slips will be left with product and will be retrieved from customer after delivery through electronic means such as email, fax etc.
Customers must be ready at the time of delivery to move product from curbside after our driver has left.
Delivery personnel must wear safety equipment at all times without exception ( gloves, glasses etc.).
We ask that customers comply with the social distancing guidelines put forth by the CDC and maintain a minimum 6 feet of distance from our delivery personnel.
Delivery personnel must clean and disinfect all parts of the vehicle cab regularly.
Order Pickup:
After speaking with a sales associate at our service window, customers waiting to pickup their order should wait with their vehicle until directed by a staff member.
We will prepare the order for pickup and make the order available in our yard.
Customers will then be able to load their order onto their vehicle.
During order pickup we ask that customers comply with the social distancing guidelines put forth by the CDC and maintain a minimum 6 feet of distance.
CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED INTO THE WORKSHOP FOR ANY REASON
Workshop:
We already have limited staff therefore the remaining staff is considered essential to our ability to fulfill orders.
The workshop staff will be required to follow all social distancing guidelines in and away from work.
Staff must also wear safety equipment (gloves, glasses, etc.) at all times without exception.
NO CUSTOMERS ARE PERMITTED INTO THE WORKSHOP FOR ANY REASON.
Sales Counter / Service Window:
We already have limited staff so the remaining staff is considered essential to our ability to process orders.
In place of our indoor showroom and sales counter we will be implementing a walk-up service window. Our indoor showroom will be temporarily closed.
The sales staff will be required to follow all social distancing guidelines in and away from work.
Sales staff must also wear safety equipment (gloves, glasses, etc.) at all times without exception.
For the safety of our staff and our customers, customers will be asked to follow social distancing guidelines and our staff will request they maintain the required 6 feet of distance. At this time of uncertainty we ask our customers to help us by understanding the need for this and complying with these guidelines.
Additionally, for the safety of our staff and our customers, in place of our public showroom, we will be implementing a walk-up service window where a sales associate will be able to assist you with your order in safe and protected manner. We will be limiting the number of customers assisted at our service window to one at a time. We will have a waiting area just outside our service window and will call in the next customer as quickly as possible.
In an abundance of caution, our service window will be cleaned and disinfected after each customer.
